Be it presentational, sporting, commemorative or heraldic, you will not find a more enriching method of engraving than hand engraving. We first the design is composed and sketched onto the job. With the use of an eyeglass we point the design down using a metal scriber. Using hand held gravers (chisels) that have remained unchanged for hundreds of years we meticulously pare the material away, in doing so bringing the design to life. To remove any scratches we then polish the item on a polishing motor and mop using varies techniques to give the article a mirror finish without wearing down the fine engraving work. 1-5 letters +
